On October 25th, 2007 The Kingdom of Tonga officially issued a Certificate of Incorporation to Seeds of Hope International Ministries (SOHIM) under the Charitable Trust Act 1993, as Society No.: 83. SOHIM was officially recognized as a Charitable Trust and best wishes were extended by both the Intellectual Property & Company Registration Office, and the Ministry of Labour, Commerce & Industries Office on behalf of the Kingdom of Tonga. It is not only our privilege to be recognized as a “Charitable Trust”, but more importantly to be able to serve the Kingdom of Tonga under such provisions.

SOHIM Tonga is the official governmental sponsor for the International Christian School of Tonga (ICST). In addition to the sponsorship of ICST, SOHIM Tonga is currently involved in partnering with USB Pacific Partners to create a community resource center for local Tongans to grow in their spiritual walk with Jesus Christ.

On June 18th, 2009 SOHIM Tonga launched the training/development phase if utilizing the “Seven Areas of Life Training” or “S.A.L.T.” curriculum that was developed by Victorious Christian Living and was provided by Parkway Christian Church. Our hopes are to impact local communities within Tonga through both Christian radio and Christian television utilizing this powerful discipleship tool.
